    Accomplished attorney with an LL.M. in taxation and a passion for smart tax planning

    Jordan A. Datchko earned his LL.M (Taxation) in 2011 from The University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law.  He is member of the tax section of the Florida Bar and Vice Chairman of the South Florida Tax Litigation Association. Mr. Datchko represents clients in all matters before the Internal Revenue Service. This includes any controversy with the IRS, tax reporting, IRS voluntary disclosure programs, and IRS collection matters.

     
    Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Datchko was an associate at the law firm of Lamont Neiman & Interian, P.A. During his six years with Lamont Neiman Interian, Mr. Datchko advised clients with respect to tax planning, sophisticated business planning, mergers and acquisitions, including the purchase and sale of businesses, corporate governance matters, estate planning, and choice of entity selection.
